Lepraquest ("we", "our", or "us") provides a location-based treasure hunt platform. We are committed to transparency regarding the collection, processing, and retention of user data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account Data: Email address and codename used to authenticate and record hunt progress.
• Location Telemetry: Precise GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude) collected exclusively while the app is active in the foreground to detect arrival at physical clue geofences and verify prize discovery. Location history is never sold or used for third-party advertising.
• Order Records: Pass purchase verification identifiers used to unlock access to paid hunts.

2. Data Retention & Third Parties

Telemetry data is stored in secured Firestore infrastructure in accordance with strict security rules. Pass checkout transactions are handled securely through integrated merchant processing. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

In accordance with GDPR Article 15 and California CCPA, you have the right to request a machine-readable export of all personal data, game records, and pass purchases associated with your account.

In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety policies, users may permanently delete their account and all associated telemetry, scores, and pass associations directly from this portal.

Terms of Service

• Physical Safety: Scavenger hunting occurs in real-world public spaces. You are solely responsible for personal physical safety, obeying traffic regulations, and observing all local laws. Do not trespass on private property.
• Access Passes: Digital access passes grant entry to designated hunts. Passes are authenticated to your account upon purchase confirmation.
• Prizes: Physical prizes are awarded upon verified location discovery and verified game master validation.
